The workflow-automation figures shown above are starting implementation estimates, not fixed quotes. The complimentary Automation Consultation, the Automation Opportunity Audit, implementation work, and ongoing Managed Operations are distinct stages, each scoped and priced on its own. The Audit fee is credited toward implementation when a full implementation agreement is signed. Supervised AI agent engagements are priced per defined use case. The applicable scope and price are confirmed in writing before each paid stage begins.
Engagement
A typical engagement timeline.
- 1
Free Consultation
30–45 minutes
An introductory conversation about your systems, priorities, and where work is breaking down.
- 2
Automation Opportunity Audit
Paid Audit, typically 1–2 weeks
The Audit may include process-owner interviews, systems and data mapping, workflow tracing, a written analysis, the prioritized Nexus Blueprint, and a live walkthrough. A tightly defined workflow may proceed directly from consultation to implementation when sufficient information is available.
- 3
Focused Implementation
Separately scoped, typically 2–8 weeks
Design, build, test, document, and launch the approved workflow, then train the people who will own it. Implementation is scoped and priced separately from the Automation Opportunity Audit, whose fee is credited toward implementation when a full implementation agreement is signed.
- 4
Managed Operations
Ongoing
Monitoring, maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement after launch. Retainer pricing is scoped separately.
Common Questions
About Pricing and Engagement Structure.
Yes. Firms may begin with a single high-value workflow (commonly onboarding or meeting and client-service automation) before expanding to additional workflows identified during the Audit or afterward.
We evaluate every available option before ruling a system out: a documented API, a native connector, scheduled exports, a secure manual step, or a browser-based approach where appropriate. Where none of those work, we design the workflow around a human-operated step instead. We do not promise that every platform can be integrated.
Final pricing depends on workflow complexity, the number of systems involved, integration access, required approval steps, and security considerations. Every engagement is scoped before work begins. See the Pricing page for how each engagement is structured.
