Terms of Service
The terms governing use of this website. Effective August 3, 2026.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, operated by Advisor Nexus ("Advisor Nexus," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
If you use this site on behalf of a firm or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and references to “you” include that organization.
2. Eligibility
This site is intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and are evaluating services for a registered investment adviser, wealth-management firm, or similar organization. It is not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.
3. This Site Is Not an Agreement for Services
The site describes services Advisor Nexus offers. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement, retainer, or service obligation is created by browsing the site, submitting a form, requesting a consultation, or receiving a response from us.
Services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement controls.
4. No Professional, Legal, Regulatory, or Investment Advice
Advisor Nexus is a workflow-automation and systems-integration provider. We are not a law firm, compliance consultant, accounting firm, broker-dealer, or investment adviser, and nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
Content on this site is general in nature, does not describe the technology environment or regulatory obligations of any specific firm, and is not a substitute for advice from your own qualified professionals. You remain solely responsible for your firm's regulatory, recordkeeping, supervisory, and fiduciary obligations, including any that apply to technology, vendors, or the use of artificial intelligence in your operations.
5. Estimates, Calculators, and Illustrative Content
The ROI Savings Calculator, the Readiness Scorecard, workflow examples, engagement timelines, and similar material on this site are illustrative planning tools. They rely on assumptions and on figures you enter, they are not projections, appraisals, or guarantees, and actual results vary with workflow volume, current process time, system and data access, data quality, staff adoption, oversight requirements, exception volume, and implementation scope.
Advisor Nexus makes no representation or warranty that any specific time saving, cost saving, capacity gain, or operational outcome will be achieved. Do not rely on these tools as the sole basis for a business, financial, staffing, or purchasing decision.
6. Pricing Information
Figures shown on this site are scope estimates for planning purposes, not fixed quotes, offers, or price guarantees. Final scope and price for any engagement are confirmed in a scoping conversation and set out in a signed agreement. Third-party software, platform, model, hosting, and API costs are separate unless a signed agreement expressly includes them. Pricing shown here may change at any time without notice.
Where this site describes how engagement stages relate to one another (including that an Automation Opportunity Audit fee is credited toward implementation when a full implementation agreement is signed), that description reflects our current commercial approach and is given for planning purposes. The amount, conditions, and availability of any credit are set out in the applicable proposal and signed agreement, which control. Nothing on this site creates a binding pricing commitment on its own.
7. Information You Submit
You agree that information you submit through the public forms on this site is accurate and is yours to provide, and that it does not include client-identifying data, account numbers, credentials, Social Security numbers, financial account information, protected health information, or other sensitive or confidential information. The public forms on this site are not a secure channel for that material and it should never be sent through them. If you send us information of that kind anyway, we will delete it when we identify it.
This section applies to the public website. Information submitted inside the client portal, or provided during an engagement, is governed by the agreement between Advisor Nexus and your firm.
You grant Advisor Nexus permission to use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and to provide the material you requested, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services or this site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
8. Client Portal
The Advisor Nexus client portal at https://portal.advisor-nexus.com is available only to individual users authorized by a firm with an active Advisor Nexus engagement. Accounts are arranged as part of an engagement; there is no self-service registration, and accounts may not be shared or transferred.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at isaac@advisor-nexus.com if you believe someone else has obtained your credentials or accessed your account. We will act on such a report promptly, and nothing in this section makes you responsible for unauthorized activity resulting from our own failure to maintain reasonable security.
We may suspend or remove portal access at any time, including when you leave the firm that authorized your account, when that firm asks us to remove it, or when the underlying engagement ends.
How we handle portal account information, sign-in activity, and information a client firm places in the portal is described in our Privacy Policy. Where the portal contains information belonging to a client firm, the signed agreement between Advisor Nexus and that firm governs that information and controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
Portal use may be subject to additional terms presented at sign-in or within the portal.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious information, or impersonate any person or organization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its infrastructure, another user's data, or any connected system.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, including through excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attempts, or circumvention of rate limits or bot protection.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, except for search-engine crawling consistent with our published robots directives.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the site, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Copy, republish, resell, or create derivative works from site content except as permitted in Section 10.
- Introduce malware or any other harmful code.
10. Intellectual Property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, layout, design, diagrams, illustrations, code, and the Advisor Nexus name and marks, are owned by Advisor Nexus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks referenced on this site, including software platforms and custodians, belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those products; that use does not imply any partnership, endorsement, certification, or affiliation.
You may view, download, and print pages from this site for your firm's internal evaluation purposes. All other use requires our prior written permission.
11. Third-Party Sites and Services
This site links to and relies on third-party services. The providers currently in use are identified in our Privacy Policy. Advisor Nexus does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
12. Availability and Changes
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including any tool or page, at any time and without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may also update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date. For material changes we will describe the change on this page, and where you hold a portal account we will notify you by email. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the site and, if you hold a portal account, contact us.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all content and tools on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or accuracy, and without any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advisor Nexus and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to your use of this site, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and it does not affect any signed services agreement, which governs liability for the services provided under it.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advisor Nexus and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of this site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Advisor Nexus maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at isaac@advisor-nexus.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If it cannot be resolved, you and Advisor Nexus agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts serving the location of Advisor Nexus's principal place of business, and each party waives any objection to that venue. Any claim arising out of or relating to this site must be brought within one year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Advisor Nexus regarding this website and the client portal, and do not replace any signed services agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict.
18. Contact
