Purpose-Built AI and Workflow Automation For Wealth Management Firms.

About Advisor Nexus

Built to connect the systems, people, and workflows behind wealth management.

Our Story

The technology meant to make advisory firms more efficient was creating more work.

After spending years speaking with RIA founders and studying how firms operated, we kept seeing the same problem. Firms had invested heavily in CRMs, custodians, planning tools, portfolio systems, and communication software. Yet their teams are still copying data between systems, chasing internal handoffs, rebuilding the same reports, and relying on memory to keep important work moving.

The technology was there. The connection is not.

As firms grew, the problem became more expensive. More clients created more administrative work. More employees created more handoffs. More software created more places for information to get lost. Talented people were spending their days managing broken processes instead of serving clients and helping the firm grow.

We believed there had to be a better way.

Advisor Nexus was created to connect the systems firms already own and automate the work moving between them. We learn how the firm actually operates, identify where time and capacity are being lost, and build secure workflows that remove repetitive work while keeping people in control.

Our goal is not to automate everything, but to remove the work that gets in the way of human judgment, personal service, and the capacity to serve clients well.

The pattern we kept seeing

  • Fragmented data
  • Manual handoffs
  • Unclear ownership
  • A stack that's hard to keep current

How we close it

  • Learn how your firm actually operates
  • Improve the technology you already own
  • Build secure automations that connect the work

Meet the Team

Two disciplines. One Operating Vision.

After spending years in wealth-management M&A and speaking with thousands of financial advisors, Isaac saw the same operational challenges repeatedly: disconnected systems, manual handoffs, unclear ownership, and processes that became increasingly difficult to manage as firms grew. That firsthand experience gave him a deep understanding of how advisory firms operate day to day, where technology gaps emerge, and how better workflows can improve efficiency, expand team capacity, and strengthen client service.

Isaac co-founded Advisor Nexus to help wealth-management firms overcome those challenges. Today, he leads the company's strategy, workflow design, and client engagements, working closely with firms to connect their systems, simplify operations, and build more efficient, accountable workflows.

Based in Miami, Florida, Isaac is a CFA charterholder and earned a bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in mathematics from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickup basketball, spending time with his two pet axolotls, and exploring the Florida Everglades.
