Complimentary Automation Consultation
Identify the workflow creating the most unnecessary work.
30 minutes. No obligation. Practical next steps.
What Happens During the Complimentary Consultation
- 1
Discuss the operational challenge
Tell us which process, handoff, or recurring task is creating the most unnecessary work.
- 2
Identify the people and systems involved
We will discuss the relevant teams, technology, approvals, and constraints at a high level.
- 3
Evaluate the potential opportunity
We will consider whether the issue may be addressed through workflow automation, system integration, supervised AI, process improvement, or a combination.
- 4
Determine the appropriate next step
We will recommend whether to proceed with a paid Automation Opportunity Audit, discuss a focused implementation, or address the issue another way.

Leadership
Who you'll be speaking with.
Isaac Tessier, CFA
Co-Founder
After spending years in wealth-management M&A and speaking with thousands of financial advisors, Isaac saw the same operational challenges repeatedly: disconnected systems, manual handoffs, unclear ownership, and processes that became increasingly difficult to manage as firms grew. That firsthand experience gave him a deep understanding of how advisory firms operate day to day, where technology gaps emerge, and how better workflows can improve efficiency, expand team capacity, and strengthen client service.
Nick Blanding
Co-Founder
As an early adopter of artificial intelligence, Nick has developed deep expertise in applying AI to complex operational and technical challenges. He specializes in designing sophisticated AI integrations, automated workflows, and supervised AI agents that connect fragmented systems and make day-to-day operations more efficient. Nick understands how business applications, data infrastructure, security controls, and human decision-making must work together to create automation that is reliable and practical in real-world environments.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions.
It's an introductory conversation, not a paid engagement. We talk through your firm, the systems involved, and where work is slowing down or breaking, then follow up to determine whether a deeper Automation Opportunity Audit is the right next step.
If there's a fit, the next step may be an Automation Opportunity Audit, a defined implementation conversation, or a recommendation to address the issue another way. Not every inquiry results in a paid engagement.
The Automation Consultation is complimentary. If deeper discovery is needed, the Automation Opportunity Audit is a smaller separate paid engagement, and its fee is credited toward implementation when a full implementation agreement is signed. Implementation is scoped and priced separately, although a narrowly defined workflow may proceed directly to implementation without a full Audit. Final pricing depends on workflow complexity, systems, access, testing, security requirements, documentation, and support.
